Feltham is a town rich in 20th-century icons, Aston Martin once built its motorcars there and rock legends Freddie Mercury and Jimmy Page once called the former Middlesex town, home.

Today, Feltham is part of the London Borough of Hounslow and is considered a property hotspot with a huge regeneration programme taking place.

Developer Weston Homes is building a collection of luxury apartments in Manor Lane, featuring the company’s unique, all-inclusive high specification.

Launching in Spring 2022, a selection of apartments will be available through the government's Help to Buy scheme*.

The stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments will be perfect for those wanting to live within commuting distance to Central London, without the inner-city price tag.

The family-friendly town of Feltham has a vast array of amenities on the doorstep including shopping, lovely parks, and good schools, while the nearby station gets you to central London and beyond, and being close to Heathrow Airport, Manor Lane offers great transport options.

Why consider Manor Lane at Feltham?

Luxury is standard

Every apartment has modern interior finishes with Weston Homes' signature, all-inclusive specification.

A choice of designer kitchens include a full range of integrated appliances including oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Quartz stone worktops and upstand complete the designer finish.

Highly specified bathrooms and en suites will feature quality brands and Smart technology; digital taps, showers and bathtubs as well as Smart mirrors which include integrated lighting, ample storage space and a de-mist feature.

Luxurious flooring is included throughout and, subject to the stage of construction, you can choose from designer finishes to enable you to personalise your home and start enjoying it from the moment you move in.

The town is being regenerated

Feltham is undergoing a £15 million regeneration over the next 15 years, extending its retail and leisure offering and improving transport links - with a new shopping centre, cinema and bowling alley among the plans, as well as around 3,500 new homes.

“The improvements will benefit generations to come and truly put Feltham on the map as a place which people flock to visit and are proud to call home,” said Councillor Steve Curran, the leader of Hounslow Council.

Other proposals include opening up parks, creating a new public square outside Feltham train station and extending the High Street Plaza for regular markets and festivals.

Manor Lane is less than a 10 minute walk from the town centre, where you can discover high street brands, cafes and restaurants, as well as The Centre, with more than 60 shops, a library and a medical centre.

You can also enjoy Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre and Library, built on a former military airfield, or Leisure West, where you will find a 15 screen cinema and bowling alley along with eateries.

For shopping further afield, visit the nearby towns of Hounslow, Kingston or Staines.

Train lovers can visit the Hampton and Kempton Waterworks Railway and have a tour in a historic steam engine train.

For sports fans, the town is within easy reach of Twickenham Stadium, 20 minutes from Brentford Park Stadium and 40 minutes from Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea Football Club.

Getting around is easy

Travelling into central London couldn't be easier. Feltham train station is just a 10 minute walk with services into Waterloo taking less than half an hour and Reading within the hour.

By car, you can be on the M3 in ten minutes, with connections to the M25 and wider motorway network. Heathrow Airport is only a 15 minute drive providing national and international travel.

Plenty of open space

Parks, lakes, woodland and nature reserves, Feltham is in easy reach of some of the most delightful open spaces to seek solace or respite.

This includes Bedfont Lakes, Crane Nature Reserve, Bridge House Pond, Lampton Park and Feltham Green, where you can also visit the memorial garden for Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, who lived in Feltham for many years.

If you love walking then you can follow the 12-mile man-made waterway Longford River, created by Charles I to divert water to Hampton Court Palace which runs from Colnbrook to the palace.

Hanworth Park and Hampton Common are also both within walking distance, perfect for lunch-time strolls or dog walks or nearby you can find Hounslow Heath and Twickenham Green.

For longer walks and days out, Bushy Park is also just a 14-minute drive from the development.

If you enjoy National Trust properties then Ham House, Osterley Park House and Runnymede are all easily reachable.

Guide prices for the one and two-bedroom homes start from £300,000. The development will launch this spring from an impressive Marketing Suite with a two-bedroom show home. (*Terms & eligibility criteria applies)
